The leadership of KMC Global consists of individuals working together under a common drive and passion while managing with guidance. The business principles of the CEO come from over 35 years of industrial engineering and manufacturing experience. Executive management is kept purposely flat, consisting of the president and CEO, corporate vice-presidents, and individual company managing directors. The limited corporate structure allows upper management the ability to maintain personal knowledge of operations and one-on-one communication at all levels of the individual companies. This leadership style affords individual companies to run the business as they best see fit while offering resource support and unified goals and measurements.

The companies within the KMC Global group have achieved significant growth over the last 10 years.
